Energizers is a group of young people, ages First grade through High School, meeting on Wednesday evenings from 7:00-8:30, September - May. We earn badges by participating in a variety of activities.

Our goal is to show the character of Jesus in all we do.

ForgedEternal is the name of our new Youth group, for Middle and High School students. We meet during the school year on Wednesday evenings, 7 to 8:30 p.m., at the church.

Our goal is to grow in Christ's wisdom, holiness and righteousness in all we say and do.

Talking, planning, playing games and having fun are interspersed with in-depth Bible study - currently the book of James. We also meet for special occasions at the home of one of our members, usually on Friday evenings.

Truth and Hope Outreach is a collection of volunteers, representing a variety of churches and age ranges, who gather in Poolesville to work on mission projects together.

The group's purpose is:

1. To make comforters (and other projects) for Christian outreach around the world
2. To work alongside old friends and make new ones
3. Ultimately, through the work that is done, to share the truth and hope of Christ with others, near and far, who are in need of Him

Meetings are held on 2nd and 4th Tuesdays. Events include Project Days, Sit-n-Sew Teas, and trips to the Cumberland Valley Relief Center in Chambersburg, PA. Anyone interested in joining the group please contact Tina at ndtna@yahoo.com. Sewing skills are useful, but not required. All are Welcome!

The Sunday School Projects have helped many children, families, and people that are in need all over the world. It is wonderful to see how our children are making a difference in other countries by contributing their pennies, allowances, donations, etc.

We support Missionaries! Rudolfo and Eva Interiano are serving with Campus Crusade for Christ in their Military Ministries division in Latin America.
